A 3600 ton and 79 meter long tunnel got placed in a weekend. (05/20/2016 – 05/22/2016).

Place: A12 highway towards Arnhem in the Netherlands.

The new underpass under the A12 was moved into the A12 in the weekend of 20 to 22 May 2016. The underpass weighs 3,600 tons and is 70 meters long. Since 23 May 2016, traffic on the A12 in the direction of Arnhem has been driving over the underpass.

The impressive work was carried out by the Dutch construction company Heijmans on the A12 highway towards Arnhem in the Netherlands.
